Our initial meeting is a consultation in which we discuss your concerns and goals, and the options for proceeding with treatment. An individualized psychotherapy treatment plan is developed that may include one or more of the following: psychoanalytic psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, somatic experiencing, brainspotting, and EMDR. In addition, as a supervisor, teacher and consultant in clinical hypnosis for health and mental health professionals, I am available for consultation, supervision, teaching, and public speaking in the field of clinical hypnosis.
